General

Once you have logged in, navigate to the main menu (at the top if you're on a computer, or the side menu with 3 horizontal lines on mobile). Select the event you're attending and then download the PDF.
After selecting an event and date, a pop-up window will appear asking you to choose the number of tickets you want. Simply select the number of tickets and then click 'Login'. If you're already a member, just enter your login details.

If it's your first time, select 'Register' to create an account.
Please register and fill in your details. You'll get a confirmation email shortly (be sure to check your spam folder just in case). After confirming your email and logging into your admin area, head over to the profile section and request an upgrade to 'Organiser'. Once you're approved, you'll be all set to add as many events as you like!
We only charge a simple 3% flat rate per event – no hidden fees or extra charges. This means you get to keep 97% of your ticket sales for every event you host. As a non-profit service, our minimal fees help us cover the costs of maintaining our servers.

Unlike some other platforms, like Eventbrite, which can charge up to 6.5% plus £0.49 per sold ticket and an additional £0.50 for on-the-door sales (according to their website), our goal is to support you with the most affordable and transparent pricing.

Yes, there is a small fee added to your payment, which helps cover the cost of our services. As a non-profit service, this small charge helps us manage the growing costs like maintaining our website servers and other necessary expenses.
We accept payments through PayPal and Stripe, which includes most credit and debit cards. You don't need to register with PayPal; simply select 'Guest' at checkout.
Please check your spam folder in case the email ended up there. Sometimes, a typo in the email address can also cause issues (it happens to the best of us).
